Warrant Arrest Leads to a man stealing Identity from Merced County

On April 16th, 2019, at approximately 4:30 p.m, Los Banos Police Detectives were completing a follow-up investigation into an identity theft case.

The Detectives located the suspect in the case, Samuel Foster, 46 of Los Banos in the 1500 of Place Road.

Foster was in possession of what Detectives believed to be several items of stolen mail and personal information.

Foster was arrested on an outstanding Felony arrest warrant and booked into the Los Banos Police Department jail facility.

Foster is expected to face additional charges of unlawful possession of personal information, possession of stolen property, and forgery.

    Angela Louise Lewis of Merced has been doing this for many of years. She has been filing taxes, turning electric and phone on people’s names but the police act like they don’t see it at all.

      I know exactly who you’re talking about. She is doing this all the while she is on Section 8 and welfare too, what a shame.
