On September 16th, 2019, Detective Hardgraves was dispatched to Escalon High School for a report of inappropriate messages sent to a student after a parent discovered the content on her 15-year-old daughters phone.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Assistant Football Coach Victor Perez Carillo, 26-years-old, from Modesto, had communicated with the 15-year-old female student via Snapchat.

Victor requested nude pictures and tried to arrange to meet with the student after school.

Victor was arrested for solicitation of child pornography and arranging to meet with a minor for lewd purposes. He was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail.
