A parent who had a student attend Pioneer  Elementary School received a letter in the mail last week.

She told Merced Gateway News, the letter was sent out to every parent who had a student at Pioneer School with Mr. Xiong known as “Art Jones” for the past 10-years.

According to the Merced County Sheriffs office, 45-year-old Teng Xiong also known as “Art Jones” is being investigated for several sex crimes involving minors.
