Property stolen from the Merced Mall jewelry store smash-and-grab on Tuesday afternoon was partially recovered, Merced police say.
Merchandise was located on the ground inside the mall and on the sidewalk outside the mall the same day of the robbery.
Inventory from the store was completed and it showed that 500 items were stolen, not including the property that was returned.
The property recovered was worth $21,209.91,
and the total loss was $180,411.96, Lieutenant Foster told Merced Golden Wire News. No suspects have been located.
