The Merced Police Department is currently in the area of G Street and Donna Drive for a report of a shots fired call.

Dispatch received calls from witnesses some saying 6 shots heard and a vehicle speeding out from the area.

Another caller was a UC Merced Police officer that lives in the Olive Avenue area heard about 10 shots.

Officers arrived on scene and they have located a few casings. No victims have been located.
