A man was shot and killed after an argument broke out this past weekend according to the Merced Sheriff’s department.

Sheriff deputies responded to the 14000 GreenHouse road on Saturday night.

According to investigators the decedent, a 48-year-old man was shot during a party after an argument broke when he brandished a knife stabbing one person.

The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made at this time.
