Merced CHP, Riggs Ambulance and Merced Fire Department responded to Northbound Highway 99 behind Merced Toyota dealership at around 5:52P.M. Today for a single vehicle accident.

Upon arrival they found a silver Saturn that had overturned and was hanging from a fence located in the back side of the dealership. A woman and a baby were in the vehicle. Luckily the mother and child were able to exit the vehicle and were checked out by medical personnel and released on scene.

According to the woman driver, a Honda Vehicle traveling on Northbound highway 99 cut her off which made her lose control of the vehicle causing it to over-turn landing on the fence. Per request of the family no names or descriptions of occupants will be posted.
