Police have arrested a man and a woman for the shooting that happened behind the Save Mart store.

Officers responded to 3030 Park Avenue at around 6:15 a.m for a report of shots fired.

When officers arrived, they found several casings behind the apartment complex and a bullet strike near one of the apartments.

Officers received information that an Hispanic male adult in a burgundy hoodie was seen carrying an Hispanic female adult away from the scene and into an apartment.

Officers checked the area to determine if anyone was injured. They located the subjects matching the description in one of the apartments.

Officers obtained video surveillance that showed 19-year-old Lexus Hogue shooting a firearm in a reckless manner.

On the video 22-year-old, Andrew Romero was seen grabbing the firearm from Hogue and carried Hogue into the apartment.

Officers were able to determine that no one was injured.
