The Merced County Sheriffs Department located a body of a man.

The body was found today in the Delta-Mendota canal in Santa Nella near the area a man went missing earlier this week, according to the Merced County Sheriffs Department press release.

The Merced County Sheriff’s Office is currently conducting an investigation into the identity of the man. Stay tuned for further information when it becomes available.
