According to the Chowchilla Police Department, on January 15th, 2020, Detective Boivie arrested 75-year-old Jeronimo Gomez on Multiple alleged counts of lewd acts with children.

Jeronimo was arrested on five counts of Lewd/Lascivious acts with children under the age of 14, he is currently booked at the Madera County jail.

“My 5-year-old daughter was a victim, I can’t believe her own grandpa did this”, one of the parents told Merced Gateway News.
