On March 26th, 2019, At approximately 10:30 a.m, a Ford F-450 pulling a trailer was on the left turn lane of Martin Luther King Jr Way just south of 13th street.

A Los Banos Police Officer driving an unmarked 2012 police Charger was stopped directly behind the trailer. According to statements, a big rig was stalled directly in front of the Ford F-450 in the turn lane.

The officer attempted to pass the Ford/trailer combo to the right and sideswiped the trailer.

Minor damage was reported to both trailer and charger. No injuries were reported.
