On Monday, November 5th, 2018, Emanuel Ramos, 50-year-old, of Winton was found guilty by a Merced County jury of six counts of lewd and lascivious acts upon a child for repeatedly sexually abusing the minor victim between the ages of 13 and 15.

The judge found that the defendant had previously been convicted of a lewd act on a child under 14-years-old.

Ramos faces 50-years to life in prison when he is sentenced on December 11th, 2018 at 8:30 a.m. at the Merced County Court House
