Construction workers have already started working on what will be the new location for Best Buy in Merced.

The City of Merced announced late last year that the store was returning to Merced.

Best buy closed its doors in March of 2020, company representatives were not able to reach a new lease agreement with the landlord.

The new store is going to be located next door to Planet Fitness, both businesses will share walls.

The opening date is currently not available.
