Merced Police are investigating a shooting that occurred just after 8:00 p.m. Sunday.

A white Nissan Sentra was located in the parking lot of Rancho with several bullet holes.

Police have not been able to locate the area where the shooting occurred.

According to witnesses, two people arrived at the hospital with gunshot wounds, that information has not been confirmed with the Merced Police Department.

No suspect information was immediately available at this time.
