MIDDLE SCHOOL TEACHER INVESTIGATED FOR RECORDING STUDENTS IN P.E. LOCKER ROOM

Merced,CA- Merced police are investigating allegations against a Weaver Middle School teacher in Merced accused by students of for recording them changing clothes in a campus girls locker room. The teacher’s name will not be disclosed at this time for not been formally accused of any wrongdoing by law police and the district’s investigation turned up no criminal evidence.

Weaver middle school superintendent found out about this incident last Thursday September 21st, 2017 and reported it to police on Wednesday September 27th, 2017. Police say that since the Schools superintendent did not report this incident it jeopardizes the investigation.

The reason that school officials did not contact police was because they did not find any evidence of a crime. Every parent whose child would’ve been involved in this incident as been notified.

Police and school officials emphasized the claims against the teacher are allegations only, at this point, and no evidence of any wrong has been found. Since police weren’t notified on time investigators have not been able to speak or get a hold of the teacher.
