Jesus Haro, a 16-year-old Merced resident, (Golden Valley High School student) won the USA Boxing nationals in Salt Lake City this past weekend from December 2nd, 2018 to December 8th, 2018 making this his 18th national title keeping him in the #1 spot in the ranking for 6-years in a row.

Haro trains at the Haro bros boxing gym in Merced and with Marcos Padilla out of Fresno. Jesus loves boxing and always wanted to do it since he was 3-years-old. Let’s congratulate Jesus Haro from the City of Merced on his achievement.
