On June 15th, 2019, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Merced Police was involved in a chase with a silver-colored Acura.

The chase started in the area of Olive Avenue and McKee road.

The officer observed the vehicle speeding and attempted to pull the vehicle over, the driver failed to stop and the officer initiated a chase.

The chase reached speeds of up to 110 MPH.

The chase ended at the intersection of east highway 140 and north Arboleda drive after the vehicle crashed into what appears to be a storage metal container.

One of the occupants was seen jumping out the vehicle just before it crashed.

Several occupants were transported to hospitals, one of the occupants was possibly flown to a Modesto hospital. It is unknow if anyone was arrested at this time.
