According to the Merced Police Department, 37-year-old Adam Abraham Ojeda was arrested by officers for allegedly having lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14.

Adam remains at the Merced County Jail on a bail of $150,000, according to jail records.

All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.
