The Merced County Sheriff’s Investigation Bureau is requesting the assistance in a 2012 homicide that took the life of Bryan Sanchez an Atwater resident. Bryan was killed just before Thanksgiving in 2012 and his death remains a mystery.

He was last seen Nov 16th in Atwater and was later found deceased November 21st, 2012. According to family and investigators, Sanchez was diagnosed with bipolar and obsessive compulsive disorders. His social anxiety kept him from reaching out to many people.

He was described as having the mental capacity of a teenager.
