On February 3rd, 2020, at approximately 7:18 p.m. Merced Police officers responded to a vehicle vs pedestrian collision in the area of 6th Avenue and East South Bear Creek in Merced.

Upon officer’s arrival, a 7-year-old juvenile was located and complained of head and stomach-area pain. Police said the juvenile was conscious at the scene, he was taken by ambulance.

The vehicle involved stayed at the scene, police are currently in the area investigating.
