The Merced Police Department says they are investigating a Missing Person case who is at risk.

Police say Lori Renee Lewin was born March 21st, 1959, and she is approximatly 150 lbs
Brown hair /Hazel eyes.

Lewin has been diagnosed with dementia.

Lewin was last seen in the 600 block of West Yosemite Avenue at approximately 7:00 p.m. she was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
