On February 20th, 2019, at approximately 9:45 p.m., Merced police received a report of a collision with an ambulance responding in the area of Buena Vista Drive and San Bruno Court.
Merced police officers responded and arrived on scene, officers determined a grey Honda Civic was traveling on Buena Vista Drive before the driver lost control and wrapped around a tree on the passenger side of the Honda.
The passenger was taken to a Modesto hospital, the driver 18-year-old Samuel Ethan Leon was arrested for DUI (Driving under the influence) Alcohol\drugs charges according to jail records.
I would honestly like to know where you people get all of your info from? If what you want are facts and truth for your lil web page then I suggest that you talk to the only two people that were involved in the accident on Buena Vista Drive on 2/20/2019. It seems to me that what your doing at this moment is your helping the police department “FISH” cause the department has nothing. if what you want is truth and honestly and the facts then I suggest that you talk to the passenger involved in the accident and the driver him self. Iam Ethan Leon’s mom I have talked to my son and what your printing is way far from the truth. How come your report dose not mention that when officers arrived and my son was tested with the breathalyzer test that the he was tested 3 different times because each time it read the blood alcohol level differently.
Hello, the information came from the police department, that’s what they released to the public, you can even find it yourself on their page. It’s not something we made up. I’m sure police have evidence that’s why they got arrested for the posted charges. If you want to know what evidence i suggest you to go to the department and ask to see what evidence they found! Maybe videos of the area, etc. Let me know what they tell you and we will be glad to post a story if it ends up being false evidence!
