Two men who were shot at an apartment complex in Merced on December 2nd, 2020 have been identified by the Merced County Coroner’s office.

Merced Police responded to the 1100 block of East Santa Fe Avenue at around 1:25 a.m. Wednesday for reports of shots fired in the area of an apartment complex.

When officers arrived, they located two gunshot wound victims inside an apartment and a third victim outside.

Jeffrey Crawford, 37-year-old died at the scene and 32-year-old Armando Partida Sanchez died at a Fresno hospital.  The identification of the third victim is not being released and his condition remains unknown.
