According to Livingston Police, officers responded to the area of Balmoral Court and Hammatt Road at around 7:30 p.m., for reports of shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers located three people with gunshot wounds, one was confirmed deceased according to Livingston Police.

The two other victims were taken to the hospital, one is in serious condition and the other man with non-life threatening injuries.

No suspect’s information was immediately available due to the suspects being  uncooperative with investigators.

Police say the deceased male was approximately in his 30’s and the other two victims are in their early 30’s.
