Over the Weekend The Merced County Sheriff’s Supervised Release Team (SRT) and Merced County Probation conducted a compliance check with 43-year-old Cecil Joseph Blackmun in Winton. The compliance check was to make sure Blackmun was complying with the terms of his probation as a sex registrant.

However, during that check SRT found several firearms, high capacity magazines, ammunition, packaged marijuana, and methamphetamine. Also at the residence was 47-year-old Dina League.

Both Blackmun and League were placed under arrest and booked into the Merced County Jail for the above mentioned violations.
