Online Marijuana Registration

Los Banos Police Department would like to remind residents to register online if you are planning on growing marijuana. The registration process is discreet and only designed to educate our residents.

We’ve seen some pretty horrific fires and injuries associated with marijuana growing said Los Banos Police their goal is to promote education and safety.

The registration process does not collect personal information. The idea behind the registry is to ensure that growers are informed about the fire safety and other risk involved with growing marijuana.

The process involves completing an electronic survey addressing safety hazards and a certificate will be issued to the grower indicating the registration process has been completed.

Again, the goal is to help educate individuals, the City DOES NOT obtain any personal information from the registration process. When you complete the survey, simply print the resulting certificate.
