A Stockton CHP Officer was conducting a DUI investigation on the right shoulder of northbound SR-99 south of Morada Lane two nights ago. An individual passing by in a vehicle thought it was a good idea to throw a full bottle of beer through the rear window of the patrol vehicle, luckily nobody was injured.

Unfortunately, the officer was not able to follow the vehicle due to the DUI he was investigating. California highway patrol is asking the community to please help in locating this individual/s.
