On January 23rd, 2019, a 17-year-old male Victim reported being continuously sexually molested approximately 10 years ago. He said the man who did this was an after-school program employee at Davis Elementary School in Morada.

The Victim reported that all of the abuse occurred during the after-school program from 2008-2009 at Davis Elementary. Facts and evidence were obtained in identifying and arresting Kristopher Jones (DOB 7/30/89). Jones was employed by The City of Stockton Parks and Recreation department from 03/2008 to 03/2012.

This investigation is still ongoing. Jones was booked in the San Joaquin County jail for lewd acts with a child, oral copulation of a minor under 14 years of age and arranging to meet with a minor for sex.
