A new business will be opening at the former Merced IHOP located at 455 West Olive Avenue.

A new business is opening soon in Merced, a banner sign was seen posted at the former IHOP location, the sign mentions a ‘Bag O’ Crab is opening soon’, the business will serve Cajun seafood.

IHOP closed their doors for the last time on March 15th, 2020 after their lease expired and the property owner raising their rent.

The Merced IHOP location was around for about 25-years.

The new business does not currently have a grand opening date.
