Police are looking for a man responsible for a robbery at a merced gas station.

Officers responded to the AM/PM gas station in the 1600 block of West Highway 140 at around 1:29 a.m. this morning after receiving a 911 call reporting a robbery at gunpoint.

Upon arrival, officers contacted the victim who stated a black male entered the business and grabbed several items from the store. When the suspect went to the counter he brandished a firearm and demanded money before fleeing.

Police say the suspect was approximately 6’-0”, thin build wearing a white Halloween style mask. There is video surveillance capturing the incident. No employees were injured during the robbery.
