The Merced County Sheriff’s Coroner has identified the man shot and killed inside Mountain Mikes Pizza on Monday.

Merced Police officers responded to a shooting that occurred inside Mountain Mikes Pizza in Merced at around 7:30.

When officers arrived, they located three victims with gunshot wounds. Unfortunately, 38-year-old Ermilo Guijosa succumbed to his injuries.

Police say people inside the restaurant immediately took action and detained the shooter, he was also taken to a hospital with injuries.
