A man was caught on video early this morning in Atwater stealing packages outside a home. The video was posted on the RING Application.
It appears the man drove into the driveway and picked up some of the packages, he then loads it to the van.

The man then tried going for the last package when the owner noticed the suspect, he then ran back to the van and left the area.
