A man was caught on camera stealing a Buddha from the front porch of a Merced home.

The theft happened on March 8th, 2021 on Mono Lake Avenue, the Merced police department said in a press release.

Police are asking anyone who can identify the subject to contact Detective Radke at 209-388-7725 or by email at radkep@cityofmerced.org.
