The Merced Police Department introduced five new officers today, Officer Abanathie, Officer Laguna, Officer Navas, Officer Floratos and Officer Sauceda. Along with the five newest officers, Lieutenant Jay Struble was promoted to the rank of Captain.

Chief Goodwin’s last act as Police Chief was swearing in the five newest officers along with promoting Lieutenant Jay Struble to Captain.
