At approximately 9:21 p.m., the California Highway Patrol (Los Banos area office) responded to the area of Arroya Avenue and Linden Road near Dos Palos for a Big Rig vs a pedestrian.

Responding officers arrived and remain on scene investigating.

upon further investigation, officers said it was a hit and run collision involving a motorcycle vs a vehicle. There is one confirmed fatality.

At this time we have not been able to confirm the identity of the pedestrian.
