On March 22nd, 2019 31-year-old Franklin Elliott Martin left for work from his Atwater residence in the morning at approximately 10:00 AM.

It has been confirmed that he picked up his paycheck from his employer that day but he has not been seen or heard from since. His wife said this is out of character for him and she and his family are very concerned.
