On November 20th, 2019, at approximately 5:12 p.m., the City of Clinton Police Department reported that a 3-week-old infant child was taken from an address in Clinton Utah.

Police say the infant was taken by her birthmother 25-year-old Taylor Webb, the infant was currently living with her maternal grandmother whom has court ordered guardian ship over the infant.

Taylor Webb is described as an adult white female 5;05” 130 lbs., long hair in a bun dark blond, she was last seen wearing a gray shirt with a gray zip up jacket over the shirt, black stretch pants and black and white Avia shoes.

Webb has two tattoos on her upper chest. Right clavicle; “Exhale the Negative” left clavicle “Inhale the Positive “.

The infant was last seen in a black and gray baby carrier with a green and pink quilted blanket.

It is believed that they are currently en-route to the Modesto California area by unknown means at this time.
