Today, at 5:17 pm, Stockton Police officers responded to a report of a person shot inside a vehicle at the Food 4 Less parking lot in the 3400 block of S. Manthey Road. When officers arrived, they located an 18-year-old male inside a vehicle who had been shot. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he died from his injuries. Homicide detectives have responded for the investigation. At this time, there is no motive or suspect information.
