Bear Creek is not going to get near the flood stage with this storm. It is projected to reach 17.3 feet. The flood stage is 23 feet, so there is plenty of room in the Creek.
It is forecast to reach the monitor stage, and City workers will be watching it, as they do whenever a storm system comes through the Valley.
