Restaurants and Drive-ins are being reported temporarily closed in Merced.

H&W Family Drive-In located at 121 West 16th Street was seen closed, signs posted on the Carhop menus read Temporarily closed.

Applebees located at 1734 West Olive Avenue in Merced, was also reported temporarily closed.

Applebees had a sign at their door that read, “We are temporarily closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused”.

Calls to the businesses remained unanswered to determine if any employees have tested positive for COVID-19, or what is the motive of their closure.
