A UC Merced student was arrested on Monday according to the University.

Police arrested 21-year-old Daniel Radilla, a resident student who was involved in an altercation with a staff member.

Daniel was arrested by UC Merced Police, he is currently being charged with assault, battery and indecent exposure.

The staff member did not suffer serious injuries, UC Merced told Merced GW News.

Daniel was booked into the Merced County jail on a $9,000 bond according to jail records.
