On March 12th, 2018, at around 7:00P.M, Merced Police, Merced fire department and Fire Captain responded to the 1700 block of Dale Avenue for a structure fire. Upon arrival they discovered the laundry room area on fire along with a silver Honda civic in the drive way.

The two occupants of the home are safe, no injuries reported the cause of the fire is till under investigation. Crews will stay on scene for approximately one more hour according to fire captain, Franklin of the City of Merced Fire Department.
