The California Highway Patrol is currently investigating a scene on Southbound 99 in Delhi.

Officers located a man in his 30’s with multiple gunshot wounds near the Collier exit of south 99 at around 8:48 p.m., according to public information officer Zuniga.

Investigators are currently investigating to determine the exact location of the shooting.

The man was transported to Doctors medical center in Modesto by helicopter in critical condition.

Southbound 99 is closed in the area and traffic is being diverted by Caltrans, expect delays.
