Merced, CA- At least 8 units at The Buena Vista Apartments have been impacted by water damage after a water line broke Sunday morning.

Red Cross was advised of about 15 people who have been displaced, the Merced Fire Department told Merced GW News.

The Merced Fire Department responded to the apartment complex at around 7:30 a.m., water was shut off to the units.

A woman who lives in the apartments told Merced GW News, “water was coming from inside the walls” we have had several issues with the property owners, there’s always things breaking here and nothing gets fixed the correct way”

The fire department attempted to contact several times property managers for the apartment complex and no calls were answered.
