How about posting an update with facts they were not near the car nor did they have keys to the vehicle my cousin is one of them and he is not a gang member nor is he registered as one after the 72 hour hold he was released without bail and without any charges and he was arrested in the parking lot after exiting the bar with his friend for a breather before heading back in, and from my understanding the said vehicle was parked on the street not in the parking lot where they were standing
