The Chowchilla Police Department responded to the area of 7th and Humboldt at approximately 8:05 am this morning for a vehicle vs a pedestrian.

Officers arrived on scene and located a Juvenile who was hit.

Officers say a vehicle hit the juvenile who was riding a scooter, the vehicle did not stop and left the area.

Police have not released any details on the condition of the juvenile at the time of this release.

Investigators are looking for anyone who might have witnessed this hit and run.
