A new commercial plaza center is expected to be built in south Merced according to DRA website.

The retail plaza will be located at 1250 West 9th Street and it’s expected to be approximately 6,000 square feet.

The Merced Community is growing by leaps and bounds as it’s land value.

This is no surprise, as Merced is now the third-fastest growing County in the great state of California with no signs of slowing, the demand for commercial retail space is at an all-time high.

South Merced is full of residents in homes and apartments, also the National Guard is near the new retail plaza.

DRA plans to start construction in late October, 2019.

Two businesses already have plans of opening at the new retail plaza, those new businesses are, Merced Donuts and a Hair salon, three more retail spaces are available for lease.
